Job Title: Project/Program Manager (Gen AI Innovation)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid preferred; Remote possible)
Duration: 3 Months 
 
Description:
We are seeking versatile professionals to drive delivery velocity and operational excellence across two functional tracks.
 
Track 1: Scrum Master & Technical Writer

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming across cross-functional teams.
• Technical Documentation: Produce high-quality user guides, release notes, and documentation for the Gen AI toolkit.
• Strategic Reporting: Consolidate program efforts for senior leadership and draft narratives for external blogs and marketing use.

 
Track 2: Program Coordinator

• End-to-End Pipeline: Coordinate partner engagements, nomination reviews, and onsite enablement events.
• Operational Excellence: Triage and resolve operational backlogs to bring processes to a sustainable, scalable state.
• Knowledge Management: Audit and maintain internal wikis, runbooks, and resources to ensure team alignment and accuracy.

 
Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Program Coordination, Operations, or Project Management (Technology or Consulting environment preferred).
• Hard Skills: Mastery of Backlog Management tools and the ability to consolidate data into executive-ready reports.
• Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise prose.
• Preferred: 1-2 years of Consultancy experience; CSM or SAFe certifications.
