Location: Toronto, Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) Open to fully remote for the right candidate

Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Control Officer (PCO) to join the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a large-scale, enterprise-wide Intraday Liquidity Program within Corporate Treasury.
This role will work closely with the Program Director/Manager, Project Managers, and existing PMO team, helping to coordinate and control delivery across 14 workstreams. The PCO will play a critical role in ensuring strong execution discipline, transparency, and alignment across all aspects of the program.
This is a non-IT, business-focused initiative, requiring strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities in a complex, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Governance
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Office (PMO)
- Coordinate across 14 workstreams to ensure alignment, consistency, and delivery progress
- Maintain and enforce program governance standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Support governance forums (Steering Committees, working groups, executive updates)
Planning, Tracking & Controls
- Develop and maintain key program artifacts:
- Integrated program plan
- Milestone tracking and dependencies
- Action logs and decision logs
- Track progress across workstreams and ensure timely updates from stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Maintain centralized risk and issue logs
- Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation actions
- Track and manage cross-functional dependencies across workstreams
Reporting & Communications
- Produce executive-level status reports and dashboards
- Consolidate updates from multiple stakeholders into clear, concise reporting
- Support preparation of executive materials, presentations, and briefing notes
- Ensure consistent messaging across program communications
Financials & Resource Tracking
- Support tracking of program financials, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor resource allocation across workstreams
- Assist with vendor coordination and oversight (where applicable)
Documentation & PMO Support
- Maintain centralized repositories (e.g., SharePoint) for program documentation
- Ensure all deliverables are documented, version-controlled, and audit-ready
- Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
Required Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in a Project Control Officer / PMO / Program Coordination role
- Experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams
- Background in financial services, banking, or regulated environments is highly preferred
- Experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or liquidity-related programs is an asset

- Hands-on experience managing plans, RAID logs, and reporting artifacts
- Highly detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Strong risk identification and tracking capabilities
- Ability to anticipate issues and drive resolution proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex updates into clear executive-level reporting
- Proficiency with:
- MS Project / Excel
- SharePoint / document repositories
- PM tools (e.g., Clarity or equivalent)
Contract Positioning
- Hands-on delivery support role within a high-visibility enterprise program
- Significant exposure to senior stakeholders and executive reporting
