Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Will need to support PST hours when needed)
Duration: 12 Months
 
Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Program Manager leads large, cross functional technology programs supporting supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. This role is accountable for driving execution, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering complex software and systems initiatives that enable operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large, multi workstream technology programs with defined scope and timelines
  • Own end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation
  • Drive delivery of enterprise software and systems implementations supporting distribution centers, logistics operations, and retail networks
  • Partner with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations teams to align delivery plans and execution
  • Manage program delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
  • Track and communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior managers and operational stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve execution risks and impediments in mission critical environments
  • Support cost reduction, automation, and modernization initiatives impacting operational efficiency
  • Maintain execution rigor using JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise program management tools
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
  • Needs to have experience with Supply Chain Distribution and Transportation systems.
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs
  • Strong execution skills in planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Experience working with supply chain or logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Inventory, PLM)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and vendors

  • Influences decisions at the functional or regional level
  • Accountable for delivery outcomes with multimillion dollar impact
