Job Description
Role: Digital Business Analyst (BA)
Duration: 12 Months
Locations: Austin, TX, or Dallas/Fort Worth/Westlake, TX
**Westlake, TX is the first option, remote out of Austin, TX, will be secondary. If located in Austin, the worker can be 100% remote, until a seat opens**
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, analyzing organizational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. They gather, document, and analyze requirements to develop data-driven solutions, enhancing profitability and ensuring projects align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Partner with Product Owner to conduct stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as the liaison between business leaders and IT teams to translate goals into actionable, technical solutions.
- Project & Change Management: Monitoring project health, managing scope, performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and overseeing the implementation of new systems.
- Agile Development: Familiar with agile best practices, monitors backlog.
