Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 14 Months
Job Description:
1. Requirements management for ServiceNow platform and documenting requirements
2. Management Reporting
3. Verbal and Written communication
4. Capable of collaborating effectively with teams located offshore.
Job Description/ Responsibilities
1. Document detailed functional & data business requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
2. Lead meetings working with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
3. Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to clients leadership.
4. Run daily Scrum for the ServiceNow team.
5. Test system functionality prior to release into production.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize competing demands
