Job Title: Video/Multimedia Developer

Job Discrption

• As a Video/Multimedia Developer on the Internal Communications team, you will focus on creating engaging content that informs and connects our workforce.
• You will plan, execute, and deliver both studio and field-based video and audio projects, working closely with internal clients to develop compelling visual narratives.
• Manage the entire production process to ensure high-quality outputs that align with our communication goals.
• Essential qualifications include strong skills in video production, creative development, and project management.
• This role is pivotal in strengthening internal communications through impactful multimedia storytelling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in ?Media Arts or related experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, including camera operation and audio processing. (Prefer 5 years)
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools. Specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong technical skills in lighting setup, video editing, and audio recording for professional-quality productions.
• Ability to collaborate with internal clients, manage production logistics, and adapt quickly to changing creative direction
