Top 3 Required Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in technical delivery
- Strong Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum); certifications such as SPC, PSM preferred; hands-on with JIRA & Confluence
- Solid technical background in SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture

Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs within scope, timeline, and budget
- Define program roadmaps, goals, and OKRs aligned with business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks, including RACI, KPIs, and reporting structures
- Drive Agile adoption and maturity across teams (Scrum/SAFe)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI planning
- Manage cross-team dependencies and proactively mitigate risks
- Collaborate in architecture and design discussions to ensure scalable solutions
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
- Oversee release management, system integrations, and DevOps processes
- Act as a liaison between leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Drive communication, alignment, and conflict resolution across teams
Experience Required
- 10+ years of overall experience in program/project management
