Job Description

Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Location:  Remote, (On-site in NYC preferred)

Duration: 10 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, EST hours


Summary:
  • On-site in NYC preferred, open to seeing candidates from other Geos as well.
Job Description:
  • Onboarding new locations to Client (creating bulk upload sheets, work orders in salesforce.
  • Working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful activation.
  • Submitting catalog/menu build tickets).
  • Supporting team on inbounds related to menu and catalog and submitting relevant tickets to resolve.
  • Supporting team on monthly and quarterly accounting reports for self-delivery merchants.
  • Managing all jira/ticket management - catalog, integrations, analytics, data eng, etc.
  • Weekly reporting emails and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Running test orders and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handling backend invoicing issues and troubleshooting merchant pain points.
  • Experience managing multiple outstanding issues/tickets at a time.
