- Resolve Complex Client Computing Problems for Customer business customers and IT Service Areas
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide Install Move Add Change (lMAC), Break-Fix and end user support activities as required.
- Provide support for the handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
- Provide smart Hands and Feet support for across teams on demand
- Rack and Stack Support for commissioning/decommissioning infra devices to be provided.
- Ensure field services are provided per client’s ITSM process and policies
