Position Title: IVA Specialist (Digital Lab, AEM & Veeva)
Duration: 12 months – Possible temp to perm

Description:
The IVA Specialist will be part of a Digital Lab Veeva team, responsible for creating, managing, and routing Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) / Interactive Visual Aid (IVA) content for HCP marketing teams.
This role focuses heavily on content management, digital asset execution, and high-volume content updates within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The specialist will work with pre-approved content, ensuring proper formatting, functionality, and compliance within a highly regulated environment.
The position involves close collaboration with marketing teams, Sales teams, and internal/external agencies to update design assets, manage workflows, and ensure smooth execution of digital content across web and mobile platforms.
Additionally, this role supports Veeva PromoMats / CLM workflows, including content routing through the Material Review (MLR) process, and contributes to process improvements, template standardization, and platform enhancements.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Create, build, and manage Veeva CLM / IVA content using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Perform high-volume content updates, edits, and asset management
• Route content through Veeva PromoMats / Material Review (MLR) process as content owner/originator
• Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to execute digital content requirements
• Partner with internal and external agencies for design updates and asset modifications
• Utilize Figma for design alignment and content preparation (approx. 20% design focus)
• Support web and mobile-based content execution
• Maintain and standardize reusable components and templates across brands
• Provide feedback and enhancement ideas for AEM / Veeva CLM platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ensure content accuracy, proofreading, and compliance

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (must-have)
• Experience with Figma (design collaboration and content execution)
• Hands-on experience with content management and digital asset workflows
• Experience working with web and mobile digital platforms
• Ability to handle high-volume content updates and modifications
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, including editing and proofreading
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AEM + Veeva integrated environments
• Experience creating, building, or deploying Veeva CLM / IVA content
• Exposure to Veeva PromoMats / CLM workflows and routing
• Familiarity with Veeva CRM
• Understanding of Material Review (MLR) process in regulated environments
• Experience with Workfront
• Background in pharma or highly regulated industries
• Experience working in digital marketing or interactive agencies

 
Additional Information

• Role is primarily focused on content management (80%) and design support (20%)
• Majority of work involves content updates (50%) and routing/review coordination (30%)
• Candidates with strong AEM experience may be considered even without Veeva experience
• Relocation at candidate’s expense is acceptable.
