Are there specific experience levels expected for key skills?Level 1 basic coding skill, and very responsible, able to understand the guidance and take action. 1+ yearLevel 3 advanced system design skill, able to take the request put into action plan and guide and work with Level 1 together to come up with solutions. >5 yearsWhat are the primary and secondary skills required for MLOps and DevOps roles?Primary: Experience with GCP, and experience with model deployment, scheduling through vetex pipeline and model deploymentHow do developers and data scientists typically collaborate within the Search Experience team?Cooperated closely with slack, team meetings, join dailyIs there flexibility in working hours to support cross-regional collaboration?We have core working hour 11am-2pm in PST, I would love all can support.Other time is flexible.Build tools for automation around ML workflows orchestration and model deployments using CI/CD workflows  Automate infrastructure deployments and tool configurations using Terraform or similar IaC tools  Write clean, maintainable code in Python,Go and other object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java).  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML workflow deployments  Generate and maintain operational reporting pipeline through tools like big query, looker and tableau. Collaborate with data scientist to improve developer workflows and ensure seamless integration with tools., Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  1-3 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related role.  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
