Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 months Assignment
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F (EST Hours)
 
Job Description:
  • Client is looking for a Customer Experience Associate that will support the Social team across different initiatives related to improving the customer experience within the Client app. 
Daily tasks could include:
  • Moderating videos submitted as part of our Creator program, aggregating and sharing feedback on the moderation process, lead list generation for the program, creator relationship management, and supporting emerging bets the team is working on.
  • The Customer Experience Associate will work closely with the Social team and will be responsible for completing all assigned work accurately and in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and can easily flex between different tasks.
  • Bonus points if interested in the creator economy, short-form video content (TikTok/Reels), or community management.
Job Responsibilities:
Application Review:
  • Review applicant profiles and portfolios to ensure alignment with Client brand voice and community standards.
Creator Relations & Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, managing the team inbox to provide timely, professional correspondence regarding onboarding, technical support, and program updates. 
Content Quality Assurance:
  • Moderate video submissions, assessing content against community guidelines and quality benchmarks. 
Strategic Sourcing:
  • Conduct targeted lead generation to identify high-potential creators, building robust pipelines that support the expansion of the social commerce ecosystem.
Team Feedback:
  • Document trends and potential issues encountered in the above processes and partner with the team to create solutions for improvement. 
Content Savvy:
  • Basic familiarity with short-form video platforms and what makes a video "high-quality" or "engaging" to a modern audience.
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in customer relationship management, social media management, or content moderation preferred.
  • Must be comfortable using Google Sheets, Slack, and Gmail Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions clearly and concisely.
  • Possess a high-level of focus and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with potentially repetitive tasks while constantly raising the bar of quality of output.
  • Able to work across multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Interest and excitement about food and/or content creation is a plus.
  • The team works east coast hours
