Job Title: Data Analytics Developer (Tableau)

Location: Westlake, TX (Onsite – 4 days/week)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Overview:

This role supports key strategic initiatives within the CRE (Corporate Real Estate) Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams. The focus is on improving visibility into performance metrics, milestones, and operational insights across CRE functions through data analytics and dashboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau

• Clean, blend, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources

• Build automated data pipelines using ETL tools

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements

• Support ad hoc analytics requests from leadership and executive teams

• Deliver insights and reporting for CRE Strategy and internal client

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Tableau and Excel

• Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Tableau Prep, MS Power Query, Alteryx, etc.)

• Experience working with large, complex datasets

• Ability to create insightful and visually compelling dashboards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Real Estate/Facilities tools (Archibus, CoStar, Corrigo)

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience presenting to leadership-level stakeholders

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.) – preferred

• Master’s degree – preferred

• Proven experience in end-to-end data wrangling and Tableau dashboard development

Typical Day:

• Work onsite with the CRE Strategy team, including senior leadership

• Collaborate informally with team members and independently manage tasks

• Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements

• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics insights

• Handle both ongoing BI tasks and ad hoc analytical requests
