Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to support cross-functional Operations and Engineering teams in the planning and execution of data annotation projects. In this role, you will help drive projects forward, ensure clear communication across stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes within a defined engagement period.
Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams by translating requirements into actionable plans and ensuring smooth execution.
• Partner with Operations and Engineering teams to manage and deliver on program objectives.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to identify needs, surface risks, and support solution development.
• Build strong working relationships across teams to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience managing cross-functional programs or projects with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable consolidating multiple perspectives and contributing to recommendations that move projects forward.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with moderate direction.
