As the Customer Marketing Social Operations Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination behind customer and executive social activation. This role is focused on organization, tracking, content coordination, and helping ensure our social engine runs smoothly across teams.
You’ll work closely with Customer Marketing, Social, PR, and agency partners to help amplify real customer wins and executive engagement moments.

You’ll work closely with Customer Marketing, Social, PR, and agency partners to help amplify real customer wins and executive engagement moments.
What You’ll Do
- Track and record executive and customer corporate social toolkit conversions, ensuring accurate reporting and visibility into engagement
- Maintain and update internal trackers for executive reposts, customer activations, and campaign participation
- Request and collect social copy from agency partners and cross-functional teams
- Help draft and refine social copy for executive and customer posts
- Coordinate the social calendar, ensuring alignment across launches, go-lives, and key campaign moments
- Support publishing workflows across the client brand channels and executive accounts
- Help manage deadlines and approvals with internal teams and external partners
- Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, amplification) to inform future planning
- Support packaging of customer stories around key moments such as launches and events

You Are
- An undergraduate student interested in marketing, communications, or social media operations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking documents
- A clear, concise writer who can adapt tone when needed
- Proactive in following up and keeping projects moving
- Curious about how enterprise companies activate customers and executives on social

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or X
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
