Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst III
Location: Remote - pref Pacific - some night calls - flexible
Duration: 12 Months

Summary

Job Description

  • Collaborate on the tracking and closure of material shortages based on CTB reports and urgent requests from ODM. Proactively identify supply chain risks, create mitigation strategies, and drive them to closure. Work with the NPI core team and ISCE to drive program supply chain strategy.

  • Manage the Purchase Order (PO) process to ODM for rack hardware, L10, loose demand, and NRE. Drive quotes from ODM, track PO status, and confirm hardware landing to close POs. Work with commodity managers, finance, logistics, and procurement operations to understand and unblock issues.

  • Partner with ODM to drive program spend tracking of CAPEX/OPEX, materials, and NRE against the budget. Own and track delivery of purchased goods, including shipment tracking and communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Drive ODM PO issuance for NPI requirements within estimated standard lead times to align with program build readiness. Highlight and raise material risks to the program core team.

  • Own ODM engagement to clarify demand and supply changes or updates to the program Plan of Record.

  • Assist in NPI supply chain process improvement by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and driving standardization and lean processes to enhance NPI engagement.

  • Engage with internal and external partners and vendors to align demand expectations and material requirements to meet build readiness timelines.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the technology industry.

  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, extract key insights, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize workload accordingly.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience building working relationships across multidisciplinary teams and partners across different time zones.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Program or project management experience managing end-to-end program delivery from concept to execution and stabilization.

  • Interest or prior exposure to computer manufacturing, production, and configuration.

  • Ability to quickly understand hardware terminology and configuration components.

  • Experience working with internal and external partners in entrepreneurial and cross-functional environments, coordinating people and technical resources with independent judgment.
