Job Title: Forklift Truck Operator

Position Summary
The Inventory Control Mover supports warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment by managing the receipt, control, and movement of raw and packaging materials. The role involves operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and eGMP, quality, and EHS procedures.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily inventory transactions and supply materials to production areas.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to perform inventory movements.
• Use ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy and control stock levels.
• Maintain daily checklists, logbooks, and inventory records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes and systems.
• Follow all company policies, eGMP standards, quality, and EHS SOPs.
• Ensure safe material handling and proper storage practices.
• Demonstrate company core values and maintain a respectful work environment.

 
Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably cGMP.
• Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience or certification.
• Experience in inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
