Job Title: Commission Program manager
Location: Remote (New York, NY) - Candidates need to be within 15miles to the nearest client’s Hub
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
1. Strong knowledge of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and industry regulations
2. Demonstrated proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection on developing projects
3. Impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu and Autodesk Suite (Revit, Autodesk BIM 360, Navisworks)

Job Description:
- Coordinate with procurement to evaluate and hire the 3rd party commissioning vendors
- Manage implementation of client commissioning program standards for NACF design and construction team
- Supporting and facilitating the commissioning process during design, construction and occupancy, reviewing and approving relevant documents and Cx milestones.
- Train vendors to implement the client commissioning program.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions to improve the commissioning program
- Coordinate with NACF construction team to evaluate the commissioning vendor and provide the vendor with feedback
- Assist internal teams to navigate the program with 3rd party commissioning vendor as needed.
- Conduct regular review of items with frequent “fails” on the commissioning inspection.
- Create a feedback loop from the result to Template and Design Criteria.
- Collaborate and coordinate with a wide variety of internal operations, design and engineering stakeholders to increase the efficiency and standardization of design across domestic and global sites.
- Coordinate program with third-party program- and site-specific third party architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders

- Manages efficient and organized meetings
- Leads detailed design discussions while ensuring program-level goals are met
- Clear and concise in verbal and written communications
- Ability to communicate technical design content to non-technical team members
- Ability to present to senior leadership clearly and concisely
