What you’ll do: Senior Finance Manager

• Lead monthly close and financial reporting
• Review journal entries, accruals, and GL activity
• Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants
• Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• CPA required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Background in insurance or highly regulated environments preferred
