What You’ll Do

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze cost trends, labor, production, and operational performance
• Assist with month-end close and financial modeling
• Provide data-driven insights to operations and finance leadership
• Help identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings
• Maintain accuracy of financial data and support special projects

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
