Job Title: UX Researcher III
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

• Understand and scope research needs
• Design qualitative research studies (mixed methods background is a plus)
• Conduct a range of research studies including but not limited to IDIs, focus groups, concept testing, competitive audits and discussion forums
• Conduct brainstorming/co-creation sessions with internal stakeholders, partnering closely with the design function
• Synthesis of research data to come up with compelling and easy-to-understand research outputs

 
Skills:

• At least 5 years of hands-on research experience in the tech industry
• Direct research experience in Business & Ads Product/Monetization space and experience with B2B participants is a must
• Can move fast with enough rigor, taking ownership of research projects end to end, at the same time is adaptable to changing product or team priorities
• Experience in a wide range of qualitative research methodologies (e.g. IDIs, concept testing, competitive audit, and discussion forums) - mixed methods research background would be a plus
• Has experience in effectively and responsibly using AI in different aspects of the research process 
• Demonstrated high-calibre collaboration skills with internal stakeholders throughout the research process through brainstorming sessions and/or design sprints
