Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join our on-site team in La Porte, IN. This is a high-impact role supporting manufacturing and business operations with a strong focus on Power BI analytics and business process improvement.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with operations, interacting with production teams, and driving data-informed decisions in a collaborative environment.

On-site presence is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

• Support and optimize ERP/system processes

• Analyze and improve business and operational workflows

• Partner with production/manufacturing teams to identify efficiencies

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives

• Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed

This is a hands-on technical and analytical role requiring direct engagement with both business users and manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Power BI (required)

• Experience in business/process analysis

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to clearly articulate past responsibilities and project impact

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Background

• Experience with SAP

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Prior Business Systems Analyst or similar role

• Exposure to project management methodologies
