Job Description
Job Title: Contract Lifecycle Marketing Program Manager
Duration:10 months from date of start (Possibility of Extension)
Location: 100% Remote
Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Program Manager to join our team during a pivotal growth phase. This is a hybrid role that combines operational excellence with hands-on campaign strategy and execution. You'll serve as both the operational backbone of our lifecycle marketing function and a strategic partner who helps bring campaigns to life.
As our scope continues to expand, we need someone who can wear multiple hats: strengthening our operational foundation while also rolling up their sleeves to support campaign development. You'll play a critical role in advancing our processes, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management, while also partnering with teams across the organization to develop campaign briefs, guide partners through the campaign creation process, and execute strategic lifecycle initiatives.
We're looking for our "net"—someone to help us ensure nothing falls through the cracks operationally, while also being a creative problem-solver who can translate business needs into effective lifecycle campaigns. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact by bringing order to complexity, implementing scalable systems, and directly contributing to campaign strategy and execution. You'll identify opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance both operational efficiency and creative output. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and thrives in environments where they can balance systematic operational work with strategic campaign thinking.
