- The role is remote or hybrid depending on the candidate If the successful hire is near Oakland or our other facility in Rocklin we would like to have them once a week. Though a candidate can also be 100% remote if they are further out.

- We are looking for someone with strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends, ask meaningful questions, and translate data into clear findings.
- The role requires intermediate Excel skills, meaning the ability to build and adjust pivot tables, maintain trackers, and perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing changing priorities and time sensitive requests while maintaining attention to detail.
- The Business Analyst supports executive and regulator facing presentations by delivering accurate, high?quality data analysis, reporting, and validation.
- This individual contributor role is hands?on and execution?focused, with an emphasis on Excel based analysis, data quality control, and compliance related support in a fast?paced environment.
- Analyze data sets using Excel (including pivots and trackers) to support reporting and presentations.
- Perform data quality checks, identify trends, issues, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain tracking tools and reporting views for ongoing and ad?hoc requests.
- Summarize findings clearly to support leadership?level and oversight?related materials.
- Gather, organize, and validate supporting documentation and evidence.
- Support compliance, audit, and control?related activities through data validation and documentation review.
- Work across multiple data sources and systems to reconcile and confirm reported data.
- Assist with preparation and review of presentation materials.
- Provide administrative support for a shared team mailbox, including monitoring requests and tracking responses.
- Operate effectively in a fast?moving environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- 2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, reporting, or compliance?related role.
- Strong Excel skills, including working with large data sets and pivot tables.
- Experience performing data analysis, quality control, and trend identification.
- Comfort working within compliance requirements, and structured processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ask questions to ensure data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Audit, compliance testing, or data validation experience strongly desired.
- Experience supporting executive?level, regulatory, or oversight reporting.
