Location: Caguas, PR

Responsibilities:

• Apply in-depth technical expertise and a strong understanding of business objectives, manufacturing operations, and the company’s operating environment to provide effective and proactive leadership within a specific technical manufacturing discipline.
• Set direction, lead, and take ownership of complex manufacturing engineering tasks, including initiatives with multiple interdependent and coordinating elements.
• Anticipate and identify key technical and operational issues, and make sound recommendations for resolution in situations where precedent may not exist and creative problem-solving is required.
• Develop and implement new methods and approaches while evaluating potential impacts on related systems and components.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors through technical reviews to validate task approaches, technical rationale, and verification/validation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an engineering discipline or advanced education to achieve the level of skill.
