Job description:

• The main tasks performed would be the installation of computer parts in order to repair customer PC equipment.
• This includes running diagnostic software and doing a visual inspections to ensure it meets the client's cosmetic standards.
• Completes all required documentation using our software tools, including a quality assurance sheet to ensure customer guidelines are met.
• Complies with departmental training certification requirements.
• Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem-solving techniques and departmental procedures.
• Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Requires 1 - 3 years' experience repairing laptops and desktops.
