Job Title: Packaging operator -1
Shift: B Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 2 months 15 days
Schedule: 12.5-hour shifts, 2/2/3 rotation
Location : Oak hill
Interview Note: Hiring manager interviews are usually on weekends (Sat/Sun).

Role Summary

Operate high-speed, fully automated toothpaste packaging lines (up to 450 tubes/min) while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and monitor automated packaging equipment

• Handle packaging materials and finished goods

• Perform basic (autonomous) maintenance; assist with preventive maintenance

• Conduct quality checks and document results

• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP

• Use SAP for material and batch transactions

• Support inventory counts

• Identify process improvements and waste reduction opportunities

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Able to work 12-hour shifts (every other weekend off)

• Basic computer skills (data entry, Word, Excel, email)

Preferred

• Manufacturing/production experience

• Equipment maintenance or changeovers

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk long periods

• Forklift/pallet jack experience

• Basic math and measurement knowledge
