Title: Business Systems Analyst II
Location: Columbia, SC (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 11 months

This is a full?time, hybrid (Mon.-Fri. remotely and Tues.-Thurs. onsite)
Team Overview
This role sits within the FP&A team in the Information Services Planning & Analysis organization. Collaborative, tight-knit team of five analysts, part of a broader department of approximately 25
team members. While the team is small, its impact is high success driven by shared ownership,
strong collaboration, and mutual support.
Role Snapshot:
The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting senior leadership and client management
teams. These client management teams partner directly with external business partners to build
strong relationships and drive business success. This role bridges business needs and technical
solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency Microsoft 365 Products.
- MS Azure, MS Power Platform (Power Query, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate tasks and coordinate
- processes involving large groups to ensure seamless operations.
- Strong Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the broader business context, with the
- ability to look beyond data and see the bigger picture.
- Outstanding Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers daily, deliver
- outstanding service, and collaborate effectively with diverse team.
Bachelor’s degree
- Degree Equivalency: Associates degree plus an extra 2 years job-related experience for a total of 6 years of
- required work experience (see "required work experience") OR 8 total years required work experience.
- 4+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Understanding of IT impacts on business processes
