Job Title: Data Analyst II
Location: Carlisle, PA (Hybrid. 3 office days)
Duration: 12 Months
 

• Analyze Client telecom invoices, identify issues, research and resolve
• Manage telecom expenses through Tangoe
• Allocate expenses to correct locations and departments
• Monitor billing for disconnected services
• Review vendor contracts for rates and SLAs
• Interact with Infrastructure telecom vendors
• Analyze vendor performance in relation to contract and financial goals
• Look for improvement opportunities in vendor partner relationships
• Work closely with Finance and VMO departments to ensure compliance with processes and procedures
• Support telecom lead in ensuring that telecom billing is forecasted and billed accurately in Infrastructure network and banner budgets
• Provide reporting on regular basis

• 1-2 years experiences processing Telecom invoices
• Financial system experience (Coupa, Cook, Tangoe)
• Microsoft O365 online productivity tool suite experience (Office, Sharepoint, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.)

• Ability to influence leadership
• Strategic focus
