Job Description

Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension and Conversion)
 
Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares and presents reports for leadership regarding status of project/program.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt & work with different stakeholders in different functions.
 
Expectations:
  • Working with multiple stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
  • Working with different functions within team externally, providing value & moving things forward in specific projects/programs
  • High emphasis on stakeholder piece & general project management skills
  • Manage data and reporting
  • Past experience with voice of customer/feedback programs and survey creation is not required, but a plus
  • Have a balance of doing things that are operational and sometimes broader and rely on soft skills of working with stakeholders.
  • 4-7 years of experience with Project Management experience.
  • The project they are working on is Beta program leading up the launches of devices and futures.
  • This person can be involved in assisting in Beta programs/future launches, putting together surveys to assess devices/data they receive, putting together actionable insights/recommendations on data collected.
  • Projects geared towards improving internal team processes/streamlining things.
 
Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills
1. Program management Experience/Skill
2. Intermediate knowledge of data/excel
3. Ability to run meetings and run various complex environments
 
Nice to Have:
1.Quick learners who can add value & take it further.
2.Someone who is not afraid to push the way things are done. Add value & being a good teammate.
3. If they come in with a background in a skillset. Having experience creating surveys or have data analysis.
