- Social Responsibility program drives customer trust, business continuity, and sustainable social impact by embedding respect for human rights and the environment throughout company’s entire value chain. We implement company-wide standards and commitments such as our Global Human Rights Principles (GHRP) and Supply Chain Standards (SCS). We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.
- We're seeking a program manager/analyst who will be responsible for standardizing data collection and knowledge management across remediation cases, supplier education programs, and partnership initiatives, while developing ROI frameworks to measure the impact of social responsibility investments. The ideal candidate will automate reporting for business-owned goals and MBRs, create cost-benefit analysis frameworks for education initiatives, and develop impact matrices that demonstrate the value of prevention programs to business teams and suppliers. This position requires strong analytical skills to translate supplier and worker insights into actionable metrics, support evidence-based decision making, and help leadership understand the true cost and return on investment of SR compliance initiatives across multiple regions and business lines.
