  • Manage 20+ active design projects while maintaining visibility across 40+ projects in design, permitting, and construction phases across multiple geographies.

  • Resolve complex electrical system challenges beyond standard electrification requirements.

  • Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction to ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal codes and regulations.

  • Review performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and deployment outcomes.

  • Partner with commissioning teams to test, validate, and verify installation, operation, and performance of electrical systems.

Communication & Field Support

  • Develop clear technical narratives and present trade-off analyses related to infrastructure decisions, timelines, and cost considerations.

  • Travel to project sites as needed to conduct site reviews and collaborate with field engineers.

  • Provide engineering evaluations, electrical system audits, and startup support when required.

  • Collaborate in a team-oriented environment while contributing creative, practical solutions to complex challenges.

  • Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations, including IBC, NFPA, NEC, OSHA, and Life Safety requirements.

  • Experience researching and implementing new designs, technologies, and construction methods related to EV infrastructure, including contaminated subgrade or fire suppression systems.

  • Experience with fast-track design/build projects, large-scale electrical distribution, and complex upgrade initiatives.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions that reduce cost without compromising quality, reliability, or maintainability.

Required Skills (Stack Ranked)

  1. Electrical design for commercial and industrial upgrade projects
