Job Description:
Resource's typical working day:
  • General desk top support
  • Hardware/software support
  • Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
  • Responding to tickets
  • Maintaining office technology
  • Front facing customer service
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management
Must Have Skills:
? Good technical skills, Good customer service

Nice to have skills:
? Banking or law firm support work,
? Experience with Apple iOS
? Adobe Acrobat

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Education:
? Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience

Software skills:
? MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
