DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world.
Since our founding in 1999 as an 501(c)(3) public charity, DAFgiving360 donors have recommended more than $33 billion in grants to more than 246,000 charities. DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Client for administrative and other services.
Responsibilities may vary depending on business needs and assigned initiatives.
 

Responsibilities
Program Management
•       Manage program level strategic initiatives with both internal and external partners
•       Provide governance and thought partnership for program team
•       Execute, manage and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
•       Identify, mitigate, and escalate material Risks & Issues
•       Provide stakeholder management
Project Management
•       Gain a clear understanding of business context and expected project outcomes and establish a shared vision with the project team
•       Structure and organize project work and break scope down into a manageable plan with clearly defined activity owners and target delivery dates
•       Define, orchestrate and track project deliverables while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
•       Ensure project results align with business outcomes and agreed upon success metrics
•       Identify risks and issues and effectively drive timely decision-making within project leadership structure.
•       Effectively track dependencies within assigned project and help identify interdependencies across projects
•       Assess project health and progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
•       Lead change management planning and execution on assigned projects, including coordination of major communication and training activities
•       Create and maintain all project artifacts (e.g., project plan, meeting notes, risk register, decision log, etc.)
•       Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time and within budget
•       Coordinate user acceptance testing activities
•       Work cross functionally with Service, Operations, Marketing, Digital, Legal & Risk, etc. to deliver on work plan

Experience
•       10+ years managing large scale projects and programs; both business and technology driven initiatives
•       PMP Certification
•       Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
•       Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; MBA preferred
