Duration: 6-month contract
Role Overview
The Impact team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Contract Project Manager for a 6-month engagement focused on the development of an annual Stakeholder Impact Report. This role will serve as the primary project manager and play a critical role in content creation, coordination, and delivery of the report on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and synthesizing large volumes of information into clear, engaging content.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and synthesizing large volumes of information into clear, engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination
- Define, refine, and manage the project timeline for the annual report, including data collection, content creation, internal review cycles, design integration, and final publication.
- Establish and maintain an internal communication plan, providing daily to weekly status updates or scorecards to key stakeholders (e.g., project sponsors and subject matter experts).
- Organize and support a regular cadence of task force meetings, including setting objectives, sharing agendas in advance, facilitating discussions, and documenting decisions, action items, and next steps.
- Coordinate data and content contributions from multiple internal departments to ensure timely delivery and alignment with reporting frameworks and strategy.
- Facilitate and document internal review and approval processes, including version control.
Content Creation Facilitation
- Roll out standardized content templates, such as section outlines and layouts, to streamline content submissions.
- Monitor content submissions for accuracy and consistency, working closely with subject matter experts to support substantiation and quality controls.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with reporting strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, technical writing, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing or contributing to the production of an annual ESG or sustainability report
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to synthesize data and complex topics into clear, stakeholder-friendly content.
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Slack and Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively and remain focused in high-stakes situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with major ESG and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- Experience working with large, publicly traded technology companies.
- Experience collaborating with creative or design teams to translate written content into final report layouts.
