Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to the office may be required for onsite meetings or key events)
Duration: 2 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Estimated hours/week: 25 hours/week
 
Note:
  • This is a remote role. Occasional travel to the office may be required for onsite meetings or key events (Look for someone who is near Deerfield, IL)
  • This position requires schedule flexibility.
  • While total hours are consistent, daily start times may change to accommodate recurring meetings.
  • Advance visibility will be provided via the meeting calendar whenever possible.

Job Description:
  • The Project requires support from seasoned professional with big firm consulting background.
  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking the progress of cross functional contributors on outstanding tasks, ensuring that communication between internal and external stakeholders remains clear and efficient.
  • Track action items related to amenities and/or other services implementation, external tenant requests, support where needed should the team identify a new workstream needed, such as SOP or support requests of vendor service contract and Facilities.
  • Maintain communication between client, tenant and core project team members.
  • Lead and manage notes of recurring internal project meetings with cross functional partners. Proactively identify process and communication gaps.
  • Attend external stakeholder hosted project meetings and procure detailed meeting notes.
 
Day to Day Responsibilities:          
  • Senior-level contract role requires a proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder, ensuring accountability, and bringing structure to cross functional workstreams and initiatives.
  • Independently plan, coordinate, and document cross-functional meetings related to site transitions, ensuring clear agendas, decision tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Oversee the tracking and completion of action items related to different workstream tasks and requests from external stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary to keep projects visible and moving forward.
 
Technical Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with highly proficient meeting note-taking and action tracking skills
  • Able to capture decisions and key discussion points in real time, maintain clear action-item logs (owners/dates/status), and follow through to ensure updates are documented and communicated consistently using digital note-taking tools.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree or Master’s degree and 2 years of experience
OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience
OR
  • Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience
OR
  • High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience
 
Possible Extension: Yes
 
Red Flags:      
  • We do not want someone with Product Management experience
 
Interview Process: 
  • 1-2 interviews, virtual. Interviews first week of January 2026.
