Location: Mayaguez, PR
Salary: $70,000 Anually
Shift: Work schedules are subject to change and may include, but are not limited to, the following shift:

• Administrative Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm  

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Duties

• Conduct financial analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders
• Utilize business intelligence tools for data visualization and analysis
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on analysis
• Support strategic planning by identifying key trends and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• 3+ years of previous experience
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial analysis principles
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau for data visualization
• Experience with VBA for automation of financial processes is a plus
• Knowledge of Hyperion or similar financial software is beneficial
• Ability to conduct profit loss analysis and interpret financial statements
• Prior experience in investment banking or related field is advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
