Position Title: MST (Medical Strategy Team) Project Manager
Work Location: Remote (Prefers EST candidates), Travel 5%
Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the VAY medical project plan to monitor and track progress of critical tactical projects
- Facilitate meetings and support regular project reviews and decisions
- Coordinate communication between HQ medical, field medical, HEOR, compliance, and vendors for dedicated projects
- Handle compliance tool submissions, approvals, and follow-ups with the cross-functional team
- Provide live event support, including coordination and note-taking
- Manage post-event communications and oversight of next steps
- Oversee end-to-end execution from planning through post-event reporting, ensuring no delays or gaps
- Manage logistics for a complex event in NJ for ~70 attendees, including 50+ HCPs (venue, travel, accommodations, onsite needs) while maintaining compliance
- Oversee agency deliverables, timelines, and budget adherence with vendors
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment by collecting CVs and supporting contracting
- Drive disciplined planning and resource allocation to optimize timelines and support strategic priorities like the ianalumab launch
Qualification & Experience:
- 5-7 Years of project manager experience in pharma industry (Prefers Immunology or rheumatology experience who has worked in those domains)
