Pay Rate: $27.85 / Hourly

Pay Rate: $27.85 / Hourly
Summary:
Execute on predefined inventory and production strategies. Planning work orders to ensure supply meet predefined inventory targets.
Functions:
- The Sr Associate Supply Chain will have full ownership of, and accountability for direct procurement and inventory control activities
- Utilize software to determine material and service needs
- Review reports to examine the levels of raw materials and parts to determine shortages
- Analyze inventory reports daily to anticipate inventory problems and/or shortages, future supply, and logistical needs
- Maintain inventory to predetermined levels
- Properly order inventory avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies
- Ensures accurate Item Master and monitors Bill of Material
- Monitor existing orders to ensure on time deliveries
- Communicate with vendors regarding delivery schedules and cost concerns.
- Communicate supply chain information to other departments and management.
- Regularly review back-orders, purchase orders, production schedules and ETA’s
- Communicate schedule of incoming goods and services with team members
- Weekly and monthly capacity planning.
- Support product launches and revisions of products.
- Represent planning department in short term improvement initiatives, planning and product meetings within Operations.
- Responsible for planning standard and non-standard production orders.
- Responsible for short term capacity planning.
- Inventory management of Finished Goods and intermediates.
- Management and communication of critical items within internal organization.
- Material and Production Master Data Management.
Requirements:
- High school/GED and 4 years of directly related work experience or Associates and 2 years of directly related work experience or Bachelors and 6 months of directly related work experience or Master's Degree in Business/Economics/Supply Chain.
Computer literate in Word, Excel, and other related MS Office programs
Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP
Possess a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and/or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response system
