Position Title: Operations Representative – Pharmacy Technician
Work Location: Remote
Assignment Duration: 5+ Months
Work Arrangement: Remote

Position Summary:
Delivers specific delegated technical, administrative, or operative tasks assigned by a supervisor. Participates in preparing and reviewing statements and documents related to business/finance operations. Assists in production levels and effective processing controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day operational functions related to assigned product
• Coordination of clinical interventions, including reviewing and sorting progress notes, clinical documents, and coordinating assignments with clinical pharmacists
• Contacts prescriber offices to gather information, deliver intervention documentation, and schedule teleconferences with clinical pharmacists
• Responds to inquiries from clients, different departments, and others for information and assistance
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from junior team members

Qualification & Experience:
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience required
• Experience in managed care or workers' compensation claims is advantageous
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pharmacy Tech Certification in FL OR Registered Pharmacy Technician in FL required
• Any college experience is a plus

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

• High-paced, hands-on role that is not contact center based

• The candidate must be prepared to engage in daily tasks without immediate supervision

Additional Information:

• This role requires a hands-on, high-paced environment. Candidates with contact center experience will not be suitable for this position.
