Job Description

Title: Associate Training & Development
Duration: 5+ Months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Remote (Must attend Thousand Oaks, CA office a few times per month)
Work Hours: Standard business hours (flexible as needed for events)
 
Description:
This role is primarily remote; however, the candidate must be able to travel to the Thousand Oaks (ATO) campus a few times per month for on-site program and event support. Preference will be given to candidates located near Thousand Oaks, CA. Previous Client experience is a plus.
The Senior Associate, Accelerating Talent, is responsible for supporting the smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of talent development programs across the U.S. Business Organization (USBO). This role plays a critical part in strengthening the employee experience through strong coordination, operational rigor, and attention to detail. The individual will support program logistics, maintain structured processes, and help bring the broader Accelerating Talent strategy to life through disciplined execution and organization
 
Key Functions:
Program & Project Support
  • Provide organized, detail-oriented support across a wide range of Accelerating Talent projects, programs, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, track progress, and proactively identify risks or gaps.
  • Maintain organized digital files, trackers, and documented workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to strengthen program delivery.
  • Draft and refine communications related to scheduling, logistics, program updates, and participant instructions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of program logistics and on-site participant experiences.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, materials coordination, and participant assistance.
Commercial Leadership Program Support
  • Own and manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, coordinating hundreds of candidate interviews with multiple reviewers.
  • Maintain structured tracking, consistent communication, and high accuracy throughout the interview lifecycle.
  • Provide on-site operational support for summer interns, including badge setup and orientation coordination.
  • Support event operations such as room reservations, catering requests, signage, and setup.
  • Consolidate project submissions and maintain organized tracking systems.
Insights Discovery Administration
  • Provide behind-the-scenes administration for Insights Discovery assessments to support a high volume of workshops.
  • Register participants, monitor completion status, and send reminders.
  • Generate team wheels and manage printing and materials for on-site sessions.
  • Order assessments and maintain inventory of related supplies.
Operations, Logistics & Reporting
  • Use Power BI or similar tools to transform data into clear dashboards for insights and reporting.
  • Support budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Deliver high-quality editing, proofreading, and document preparation.
  • Submit purchase orders on behalf of the team.
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR
  • Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR
  • High School diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
 
Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:
  1. Experience coordinating complex scheduling
  2. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  3. Experience managing data, metrics, dashboards, or reporting (Power BI preferred but not required)
