Title: Program Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Shift- 8 AM- 6:00 PM
 
Note:

• Ideally, the person works 40 hours Monday-Friday, with flexibility as needed. We would just like that person to generally be available for shifts 3-6pm CST since that is when we are lightest on workforce.
• West coast that would be available to work 1-4pm PST OR someone in CST that wants to work those later shifts of 3-6pm CST.

 
Duties:

• Under the general direction of the Manager – Customer & Quality Services,
• responsible for creating a seamless Prior Authorization experience for client customers.
• Learns how to navigate Client software and takes a proactive approach to learning the Prior Authorization build process.
• Learns how to navigate and perform tasks within FEW (Client's fax service)
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing Prior Authorizations by following team standards/procedures
• Acts as an inquisitive member of the team when unclear on instructions
• Keeps a daily list of responsibilities, organized from highest to lowest priority
• Completes assigned tasks efficiently and on time
• Presents ideas and solutions to streamline the build process or deliver a better experience for our prescribers
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) over back end Prior Authorization build processes
• The goal is that the role can speak knowledgeably and confidently about our abilities within the software.

Education:

• Required Education: High School Diploma
