Location: Scarsdale - 680 White Plains Rd, Scarsdale, NY 10583
Must be able to Float between these two locations Will not have to float same day
Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30a-6p for 8 hour shift
Daily Duties
• Provide technical support to patients, assist them with the registration process, answer patient questions in person and over the phone, including outreach to patients
• Train local teams on the registration process and support transition of technology systems
• Occasional travel to other office locations to support training events
• Participate in the daily operations of a primary care practice, such as answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, assisting with front desk inquiries, and ensuring the
• general upkeep of the clinical space
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
• A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
• Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, working with new mobile smartphone applications, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
