Title: Instructional Designer II
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
There is a need take courses that exist in Lectora and convert them to Articulate Courses.
Description:
The Instructional Designer II is responsible for updating and converting existing training content into modern, engaging e-learning formats. The primary focus of this role is to take courses currently built in Lectora and recreate or redesign them in Articulate (Storyline/Rise). The role involves reviewing existing content, applying instructional design principles, ensuring accuracy, and delivering high-quality training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and understand existing Lectora-based courses.

Convert and redesign courses using Articulate Storyline or Articulate Rise.

Ensure learning objectives, accuracy, and usability are maintained during conversion.

Improve course flow, visuals, and interactions where needed.

Test courses for functionality and quality.

Work with SMEs and team members to clarify content and requirements.
Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency with Lectora and Articulate tools.

Understanding of instructional design principles.

Attention to detail and ability to follow templates/standards.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple course conversions.
