The Opportunity:
The Client Services Coordinator will work closely with the designated CS team overseeing our client accounts. This role is responsible for supporting various aspects of the interview process, including assessing candidates’ qualifications and suitability for open positions, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, this position assists with identifying opportunities for revenue expansion within our existing accounts.

A Glimpse Into Your Day:
  1. Conduct candidate phone and/or video screenings, interview prep and debrief, as well as coaching of candidates.
  2. Independently review and qualify candidate resumes based on qualifications gained during client intake calls.
  3. Create interview packets, review interview schedules, and request interview feedback.
  4. Assist with scheduling and note-taking for supplier calls, as well as coordination of interview days and job fairs.
  5. Facilitate negotiations of pay and margins based on candidate’s and client’s expectations.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures for client and update internal/HRIS systems accordingly.
  7. Serves as the first point of contact for associates regarding HR and workplace safety inquiries and concerns.
  8. Coordinate with Onboarding Team to provide background check updates to candidates while contributing to strong and consistent candidate engagement.
  9. Track and monitor client metrics to determine creative ways to improve processes for success.
  10. Conduct quality audits of delivery-team work performance to determine effectiveness of communication and areas of improvement.
  11. Seek out prospective business opportunities with existing clients.
  12. Utilize direct manager contacts to coordinate meetings for hiring managers to engage with account executives.
  13. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts to understand their evolving needs.
  14. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  15. Collaborate closely with the client services team to identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts.

Who You Are:
  1. High School Diploma/GED
  2. Minimum one (1) year of professional or customer service experience
  3. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  6. Bachelor's degree (preferred)
