- The Senior Manager of Global Talent Brand will shape how the world experiences client as an employer.
- You’ll tell the story of our people-first culture, our bold ambitions to strengthen U.S. manufacturing, and our commitment to creating opportunities for all through inclusive growth.
- You will develop and lead global strategies that position client as an employer of choice across regions from our Boise headquarters and U.S. manufacturing sites to our global technology centers in Asia, Europe and beyond.
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition, Global Culture, Corporate Communications and Marketing, you’ll ensure our employer brand authentically reflects who we are and what we stand for: people, innovation, tenacity, collaboration and customer focus.
- Reports to: Director, Global Talent Brand and Strategic Communication
- Design and drive client’s global talent brand strategy, ensuring every campaign and message reflects our people-first culture and commitment to inclusion.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns that celebrate our people, purpose and innovation, elevating awareness of client’s role in powering the future of technology and opportunity.
- Translate complex technical work into inspiring stories that highlight how our team members are engineering intelligence to enrich life for all.
- Partner with regional teams to tailor client’s employer brand for local markets while maintaining a consistent, global identity.
- Measure the impact of campaigns using data and insights, tracking brand awareness, engagement, candidate experience and cost-per-hire to continuously refine strategy.
- Strengthening alignment between our internal culture and external brand, ensuring what candidates hear matches what employees experience.
- Oversee creative direction and content for employer brand channels including microsites, videos, social media and thought leadership pieces.
- Manage agency partners, global budgets and vendor relationships to maximize reach and return on investment.

- Eight or more years of experience in talent branding, marketing communications or employer brand strategy, ideally within a global technology or manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale brand initiatives that drive measurable talent attraction and engagement outcomes.
- Experience managing global agencies, creative production and budgets.
- Deep understanding of digital, social and experiential marketing strategies for talent audiences.
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field (master’s preferred).
