Job Title: Systems Administrator (Centercode)
Location: 100% Remote (PST Hours)
Duration: 6 Months
Client is seeking a skilled and proactive Platform Engineer to join our Engineering Collaboration Services team. This role centers on owning and evolving the Centercode SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, and driving adoption of its latest features and integrations. You will be responsible for managing platform operations, supporting users, and collaborating across teams to enhance the platform’s value. While Centercode is the primary focus, you will also support Jira and Confluence Cloud as secondary platforms.
The ideal candidate should be a systems thinker with strong communication skills, a passion for user-centric platform management, and the ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain the Centercode SaaS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• User Experience Management: Provide responsive support to end users, resolve access and login issues, and guide teams through onboarding and feature usage.
• Feature Enablement: Stay current with Centercode’s feature releases and proactively drive adoption across teams to improve workflows and feedback loops.
• Monitor changes in Centercode and client’s SSO/OAuth/Identity/Profile systems.
• Track and report success metrics such as platform usage, uptime, and engagement.
• Conduct user research, manage user communities, and facilitate feedback between users and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, Privacy, Security, and Integration audits.
• Create and maintain platform documentation, training materials, and wiki content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support feature testing, feedback collection, and product rollout.
• Develop and maintain webhook scripts for automation and integrations.
• Secondary Support: Assist with adoption and integration of Jira and Confluence Cloud platforms as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
• Proven experience managing SaaS platforms; Centercode experience strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder/customer management and communication skills.
• Background in Quality Assurance or development of complex systems.
• Experience in community management, technical program management, or PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter).
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related tooling.
• Experience ensuring compliance with GDPR/Privacy/Security/Integration audits.
• Familiarity with OAuth protocols and SSO.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and Confluence platforms (Cloud preferred).
• Webhook scripting experience or strong willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong QA/test procedure skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AWS services.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
