Job Title: User Experience Designer V
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 06 Months
 
The Customer Experience design org is seeking a strategic, experienced UX writer who has a passion for content strategy. This role will span multiple design teams that create and manage customer-facing delivery experiences in the Amazon Shopping app.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging UX content, with an emphasis on e-commerce best practices.
• Lead content strategy across highly complex, high-profile initiatives, formulating messaging syntax and structure.
• Be a force multiplier, scaling via partner education and documentation of UX writing best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive content audits to incisively assess current state and drive impact in key areas of the business.
• Use data-driven audience insights and internal feedback to test and iterate.

 
Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional UX writing experience required.
• B2C experience preferred.
• E commerce highly preferred
• Ability to meet and clearly/confidently communicate with stakeholders

Must Haves:
1            Proficient in Figma
