Position Title: Manufacturing Operator
Work Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95050
Assignment Duration: 12 months
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position Summary:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling high-quality products in accordance with detailed specifications and standard operating procedures. You will ensure that each component is accurately integrated, contributing to the overall integrity and performance of medical and diagnostic products.
Background & Context:
This role requires onsite presence in Santa Clara, CA for the entire duration of the assignment. Reliable and consistent attendance is crucial to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble products following specifications
• Accurately assemble components according to work instructions
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete builds efficiently and precisely
• Maintain production efficiency
• Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistent output and product quality
• Monitor workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets while minimizing downtime
• Perform quality control tests by inspecting raw materials, subassemblies, and finished products
• Inventory management
• Operate tools and machinery safely
• Report issues to supervisors
Qualification & Experience:
• 5+ years in the manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in industry tools/software
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to have prompt, regular, and reliable work attendance
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Standing for 8 hours per day
