Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate product marketing leader to develop and execute testing plans for new outbound campaigns targeting policy audiences. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker who can independently drive projects, influence teams across the organization, and collaborate seamlessly with partners in Marketing, Product, Insights, Data Science, Policy, Communications, and beyond.
This role is responsible for bringing key proof points to life in persuasive outbound initiatives that align with broader company narratives. While not a technical position, success requires a strong understanding of how our products are built and the ability to dive deep into technical features to educate yourself and others. You are data-driven, with strong quantitative reasoning skills and the ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights that build consensus and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing plans for outbound campaigns focused on policy audiences
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal partners across Marketing, Product, Insights, Data Science, Policy, and Communications
- Translate complex product features into compelling proof points that support company narratives
- Leverage data and insights to inform positioning, strategy, and decision-making
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative feedback to build consensus and drive alignment
- Navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward independently in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within large, technical organizations
- Demonstrated success leveraging insights and data to drive positioning and product marketing strategy
- Extensive experience partnering with and influencing Product Management, Partnerships, Communications, Policy, and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage highly complex, cross-company initiatives and interact with senior leaders and virtual teams
- Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams
- Experience in public affairs marketing is a plus
